What we collect
The claim form sends us your name, email, phone if you add it, and your message. We use it only to handle your claim or question. The report-a-lot and add-a-lot forms work the same way: what you send goes to our checking queue, and a report by itself never changes a listing — we confirm first.
What we do not do
We do not sell form data. We do not add you to a marketing list from a claim.
Counting visits and taps
We count page views, and taps on the call and directions buttons on lot pages, with our own first-party counter. No cookies, no advertising trackers, nothing sold or shared. A random ID kept in your browser's local storage lets us tell a repeat visit from a new one; it is hashed before it is stored and never identifies you. If your browser sends Do Not Track, the counter stays off. The totals are per page, and we use them to show lot owners how many drivers found their lot.
The “Parking near me” button
If you tap it, your browser asks whether to share your location. That location is used only in your browser, on your device, to sort the lot list by distance. It is never sent to or stored on our servers, and the list works fully without it — the search box finds lots by city, highway, or address instead.
Listings
Lot listings use public source data. Owners can fix or remove a listing any time through the claim page.
